Policy

Within 24-48 hours, the product will be dispatched. There will be a small shipping delay during festive seasons, national holidays, and discount seasons.
Even though most orders get delivered between 3 to 7 days of dispatch, there can be some delays due to interior locations or any operational delays. If the product is damaged during delivery, we suggest that a photo be taken before opening and send the pictures of the damaged product to info@sttrolr.com or WhatsApp

Every day from 12:30 – 1.30 PM, we mail every product we buy. After this time, the next day will be used to dispatch all orders.
We have teamed up with the Shipping team to deliver the product to you. The operating area of the mentioned partner will decide if items are delivered from door to door.

Call or Whatsapp our customer care with your order ID as soon as you make your purchase if you wish to utilise the courier service. While ordering, you can also add order notes.

The item may have to be picked up from the nearest deliverable area if home delivery is not available. Regarding this, the delivery partner will notify you.

The product’s delivery relies on our third-party partner’s ability for distribution. Any delays on their end will not be held against us.

Fees and additional tasks may differ for international shipments.
