Sttrolr’s refund and return policy are as follows.

Throughout the Sale Period, returns are not permitted.
The conditions of this refund and return policy will be applicable to any items listed on the site. It is assumed that you have studied and understood the refund and return policy conditions and terms prior to using the site.

Any product that shows signs of use or wear, or is in a state different than when it was received, cannot be claimed.

Items that are broken or faulty must be replaced with all of their original containers and supplies.
Officials from Sttrolr ensure that all items are in working condition by quality evaluation of everything before dispatch.

Only items that are broken can be sent to us. Please proceed with caution before placing orders, as bookings cannot be canceled after they have been processed.

Contact customer service if you wish to return a defective product. You can return the product using the procedures that our representative will explain to you.

We only provide replacements in the case that the delivered items are damaged, the wrong size, or don’t fulfill the requirements. Under no circumstances will there be a refund of the same.

Within 48 hours after the product’s delivery, all return requests need to be submitted. There will be no eligibility for a replacement for any request that is successful.

When the item is received, you should verify it, and within the earlier given timeframe, you must file a return request.

If you decide to return the product, we’ll refund you for the shipping expenses involved in delivering it to you in the first place (whichever is lower).

Here is a list of all items’ return and refund policies. The following rules shall apply to all refunds and returns we accept:

If an item is determined to be defective or to have a production defect, or if the wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace it as soon as possible to the greatest extent possible.

Only if the replacement item is not in stock with us will we start the process of requesting a complete refund of the amount paid for that item. The product will be changed in all other situations.

This regulation will be modified as needed, and any changes will be noted in the product details. All items are subject to the above rules except as otherwise specified.

Concerning the reimbursement of shipping fees paid while bringing the item to us, we could only reimburse the amount it cost us to deliver the item to you or the cost incurred by you.

Items bought throughout any sale or discounted offer are not refundable or replaceable.
