Sttrolr may have to reject certain orders if it is not able to receive them.
Sttrolr has the option to reject or cancel any transaction for any cause at Sttrolr’s absolute discretion.

A few situations that might result in the cancellation of your order include, but aren’t restricted to, the lack of the product or quantities that you requested, the unavailability of the product, faults or mistakes in the pricing data, or problems that Sttrolr discovers. Sttrolr may require additional confirmations or data before processing any request. Sttrolr will contact you if your order is rejected entirely or in portion, or if extra details are required to accept your order. The price charged to your credit card will be reimbursed if you cancel your order once it has been confirmed. Once a promo code has been used, it cannot be refunded if an order is canceled either by the user or Sttrolr.

The User’s Cancellation:

Sttrolr reserves the ability to accept or reject requests for purchase cancellations in the case of cancellation demands for any cause. As per standard corporate practice, Sttrolr will cancel the order and offer you a complete refund as soon as possible if it gets a cancellation notice and has not completed or confirmed the order. Order cancellations made once they have been completed will not be permitted with Sttrolr. Sttrolr has the exclusive authority to decide if or not an order has been completed. You consent not to dispute Sttrolr’s decision and to accept its choice on the cancellation.

Sttrolr has the option to cancel any orders that fulfill the requirements for a ‘Bulk Order,’ as determined by Sttrolr. According to this cancellation policy, any Promo Code that was utilised to make a “Bulk Order” cannot be refunded. The list of criteria, that are not all-inclusive, may be used to define a transaction as a “Bulk Order,” notably:

The items you order are not for private use; instead, they are for commercial resale.

Several purchases for the exact same item are made at the exact address.

An identical item in bulk was purchased.

Incorrect address given in purchase orders.

Any mistakes were made when the order was placed.

Cancellation policy:

After placing an order on our site, if you realise you would like to alter your mind, kindly do so straight away.

We cannot, however, cancel an order once it has been completed by our store. An order can be sent to the warehouse for execution in less than half an hour, so act fast. The decision to process the order or not is complete to our judgment.

No cancellations will be allowed for items bought throughout a “sale”. Any promotional sale with deals, discounts, or even both are alluded to as a sale.

Please contact our customer service immediately if you get any damaged or defective items. Once they have verified and confirmed your request, they will give you instructions on how to retrieve and begin the reimbursement or exchange process.
